Harlan Police Department has issued Elsa, Queen of Arendelle, an arrest warrant following an icy weather and bitter cold temperature in the state.

"All points bulletin!!! HPD has issued an arrest warrant for Queen Elsa of Arendelle," the police department wrote on their Facebook page on Feb. 18, Wednesday.

"Suspect is a blonde female last seen wearing a long blue dress and is known to burst into song 'Let it Go!' As you can see by the weather she is very dangerous. Do not attempt to apprehend her alone," they added.

Elsa is a Disney character in the film "Frozen." Queen Elsa, as she is branded, has troubles controlling her icy powers, which resulted in a winter storm in the Kingdom of Arendelle. The Queen, eventually, comes into terms with her powers and gains control of it through her love for her sister Anna.

Despite the humor, the police station emphasizes the vitality of staying warm and safe during this nasty weather.

"All jokes aside, the temperature has gotten worse and the weather very dangerous. Everyone should take extra precautions on staying warm and safe," the department wrote.

"Stay out of the road unless emergency calls for it. Help others in need and watch out for untoward incidents all of the time. We are doing great during this icy weather, but we should all work together, hand in hand," they added.

Several cities across the country are experiencing negative temperatures, the lowest ever recorded in a decade, the Weather Channel reported.
