Caitlyn Jenner (born October 28, 1949), formerly known as Bruce Jenner, is a retired American athlete known for winning the men's decathlon at the 1976 Summer Olympics.

Caitlyn Jenner once contemplated suicide during her transition from man to woman. The revelation comes from the former decathlon gold medallist herself who stopped by "Any Given Wednesday" to discuss the 2016 Summer Olympics with host Bill Simmons.

The athlete-turned-TV star, who was earlier known as Bruce Jenner, revealed that she thought about taking her own life shortly after having her Adam's apple surgically shaved, a part of her body she admittedly "always hated." The whirlwind emotion got triggered when she was clicked by paparazzi as she was leaving the doctor's office after the procedure in February 2014.

"I'm up at 3 a.m. walking up and down my hallway, thinking, Damn, all this s--t is going to come out tomorrow and it's going to be horrible," the 66-year-old recounted on the show. "And I said, 'You know what? Easy way. Go in the other room. You got a gun. Let's just end it right here.'"

The TV personality had spoken about her suicide contemplation before as well with her family and friends. She also added that that night was one of the worst moments of her life and she thought it would be easier to end her life to avoid dealing with tabloid.

However, the next morning saw the beginning of Caitlyn's new life as she was determined that she could deal with the pressure and would not like to end her life on such a negative note. She also told Simmons that the past 18 months have been the best phase of her life.

Meanwhile, Caitlyn seems to be really furious at the conduct of paparazzi. The "I Am Cait" star has sued paparazzi photographers for what she alleges was their role in a February 2015 fatal accident involving her.

In the court documents obtained by People, the former Olympian accuses the photographers, collectively referred to as the Stalker Defendants, of harassing her throughout the day up through the time of the accident. She alleges that in an attempt of getting a click of her, the alleged photographers were driving too close, tailgating and driving in a reckless manner.

Meanwhile, Caitlyn was spotted in a body-hugging golf gear in Malibu on Aug. 4, Thursday. She looked all business in a green top and matching skirt, which boasted a high, drawing attention to her toned pins, Daily Mail reported.
