Pokemon GO hacks are all over the internet a month after its release as players continue to look for ways on how to bypass the system.
This week, a video made the Pokemon GO community uproar as it shows that a Mewtwo has been captured. This is the first time that someone has captured the legendary Pokemon, not to mention, the strongest Pokemon next to Mew.
Based on the Pokèmon GO trailer, Mewtwo is spotted in Times Square in New York at 12 midnight. This is an ideal location as in the anime, Mewtwo is seen looking over skyscrapers.
Upon capturing Mewtwo be sure to stock up on berries, lucky eggs, and greatballs or ultraballs. When Mewtwo appeared, throw a berry and a lucky egg, then throw your pokeballs to capture Mewtwo.
However, reports claimed that the video is fake. This is because Niantic Labs reportedly did not release Mew, Mewtwo, Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres in the game. This means that it is impossible to catch the aforementioned Pokemons in the wild. Even Ditto cannot be caught in the wild, but can be hatched through an egg.
There is no confirmation whether Niantic Labs will include Mewtwo and other legendary Pokemons in an upcoming update. This is possible in the future as the games has a myriad of possibilities for expansion, which is a win-win situation for both developers and players.
One of the objectives of the game is for players to walk distances in order to hunt Pokemons. The new augmented reality game is also different from other games as it encourages gamers to go out and socialize with other players rather than play the game in the comfort of their homes. However, the game is not without risks as there are security questions and crimes perpetrateds to or by Pokemon trainers.
