Pokemon GO cheats and tips are all over the internet thanks to immense popularity of the game worldwide.

Pokemon GO requires moving from one place to another. Thus, it requires walking far distances. In order to bypass the game, some players use hacks and GPS spoofs. However, Niantic Labs thwarts cheaters by implementing bans to players who tried to trick the system.

Niantic Labs implements soft bans, which disables players not to do anything for an hour or so. Players simply have to have to wait until the soft ban is up.

However, if your account was banned, try creating a new account using another Google account. When the screen pops up right at the beginning showing your Google account with the button that says to "log into a different account", hit that button and start a new account. Go to a point that you can access the settings and go back to the game and log into your old account, and all of the information and data will still be there.

Another way is to go to Safari (or Chrome for Android users) and log out of your Google accounts. Open Pokemon GO app and log into your original Google account that you logged into the game with originally. The info will be recovered.

Players can also try deleting the app first. Go to main browser and log out the Google account, then download the app again. Log in to the Pokemon app using your old account and the data will be recovered. Therefore, you will not lose your Pokemons and items.
