The Google recently has disclosed the latest version of Android OS, which is Lollipop 5.1. Most Android users have been asking about its release and reports shows that it will be available next month.
According to International Business Times, there are rumors that the Android Lollipop 5.1 will be released in March of this year. If the latest OS will be available, the Google Play Edition smartphone will be updated including Motorola's devices, Samsung and others.
However, as of this writing, Google has not yet released information about the release date of the operating system.
Meanwhile, the Android Police has the Android Lollipop 5.1 latest update regarding its features. The site wrote that their tipster share the changes have been made to the user interface.
One of the feature is Google has tweaked the behaviour of the Bluetooth and the Wi-Fi settings toggles or widgets from the Lollipop Quick Settings menu, and it will allow user to connect to device without going to the full-page settings menu.
Furthermore, the publication reported that in Android Lollipop 5.1, the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi text will have a little arrow pointing down, indicating the expandable functionality.
Moreover, the Android Lollipop 5.1 update will also feature clock app with new animation. Google also brings back silent mode, after missing it out in Android 5.0 Lollipop. On Android Lollipop 5.1 users will be allowed to turn their device in silent mode by just pressing the volume rocker down.
Lastly, the Ok Google feature will be available on the upcoming Android Lollipop 5.1 update with no bugs and issues.
