"America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 11 resumed its run after two-week hiatus on Aug. 23, Tuesday. NBC's popular reality talent show featured the third week of Live Show. Live from the Dolby Theatre, the remaining 12 performers performed their quarterfinal acts. Meanwhile, Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Mel B. returned to the judges' panel. Fans know that the remaining 12 acts performed today. Out of 12, only seven will advance to semifinals and five will get eliminated. The results will be declared on Wednesday based on public votes. Meanwhile, judges will be allowed to save one favourite artist through judges' choice.
"America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 11 Live Show Week 3 kicked off with a performance by Vello Vaher, a contortionist. He did some impressive stunts with legs behind his head as he climbs the stairs. Unfortunately, he is unable to impress Cowell, who presses the X. However, Mandel said that he loves what he does and likes his originality.
Next up was the 62-year-old singer Ronee Martin. She performed a rendition of "Lean on Me." The judges loved her singing. Mel B found her incredible, Klum said she is super chic, today. Mandel feels she is already a star.
Kadan Bart Rockett, the young magicians, took the stage next and did some amazing tricks. Cowell calls the boy "a real life Harry Potter." Mel B loved the act as they were able to maintain the element of surprise.
Linkin Bridge, the a'cappella group, were next to perform on "America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 11 (2016) stage. They sang a soulful cover of "You Were Always on My Mind." Cowell said that this was not their best performance. He thought the first half had a problem. As for Mandel and Mel B, they loved their performances.
All and Daniel took the stage next to perform their ballroom dance. They danced to the tune of "Cake by the Ocean" and Mandel buzzed it. The judges think that they can do better.
Another magic act of the night was up next. Blake Vogt, a magician, gave Mandel a deck of cards and asked Mel B. to pick one card. She picked the Queens and Klum pick Queen of diamonds. Then he reveals the card in blue jay egg that is cracked open by Cowell. In the end, he drops blue feathers on the stage. Mel B. and Cowell loved the act.
Edgar, a family band, performed Carole King's "You've Got Friend and they received a standing ovation from all the four judges. Cowell declared that it was his favourite performance of the night. Mel B. found it perfect.
Next up was Julia Scotti, the comedian from New Jersey. She cracked some relationship jokes and manages to make the judges and audiences laugh.
Brian Justin Crum took the stage next to performance Phil Collins' "In the Air Tonight." Klum declared it was the best performance of the night for her. Mandel says that he has everything a superstar must have.
Malevo group from Argentina performed their quarterfinals performance. They did a step dance that was brilliant, according to Mel B. Klum said that she could see them perform in Vegas.
Passing Zone, the juggler duo, performed some great stunts dressed in astronaut suits. They decided to juggle people for their Live Show Week 3 performance. They harnessed Klum, Mandel and Mel B for their act. Klum enjoyed the act and Mel B found it terrifying.
The final performance of "America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 11 Live Show Week 3 was delivered by 12-year-old singer Grace VanderWaal. She sang an original song. She received a standing ovation from the judges. Cowell said her imperfections make her perfect. Klum thinks she is one in a million. Mandel said she will be the biggest star of the show.
