A college student has filed charges against Mohammad Hossain, 19, an engineering major student at University of Illinois for allegedly attempting to "re-create" scenes from the blockbuster and controversial movie "Fifty Shades of Grey."

The female student, whose name and identity were not made public, has filed charges of rape and assault against Hossain, reported by Daily Mail.

According to the accounts of the alleged victim, the lewd acts were done in Hossain's dormitory at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

According to Assistant State Prosecutor Sarah Karr's testimonies before the Cook County Court, Hossain used a necktie to cover her mouth and a knit cap for her eyes, before undoing her underwear.

Karr added that Hossain also used belt to hit her and punching her as well before the sexual assault was made.

The arrest warrant also stated that despite her cries to stop, Hossain moved on by holding her hands behind her and started sexually assaulting her.

After the act, the female student left Hossain's room and reported the crime right away to the nearest police station. The police station coordinated with the campus police, which resulted to his arrest by the latter.

Hossain was not easy to give up the fight right before admitting the alleged acts by pleading that they are only recreating some scenes from the controversial movie.

According to Time, Hossain is currently in custody and the bail was set to $500,000.

"Fifty Shades of Grey" is a film adaptation of a book written by E.L. James that is about a BDSM addict billionaire Christian Grey doing unnerving act of Male domination to her subject Anastasia "Ana" Steele.

The film is currently taking the movie scene by storm, raking a total of $140M in less than two weeks.
