The tvN drama titled "Let's Fight Ghost" that stars 2PM Taecyeon and Kim So Hyun has reached its final chapter with the final episode set to air on the week of Aug. 29. To celebrate the drama's success, the cast and crew members have been rewarded with a special vacation trip.

The cast of the supernatural romantic series "Let's Fight Ghost," along with its crew members, are slated to travel to Korea's Jeju Island as a special treat. A representative from the tvN drama made the confirmation to news outlet OSEN on Monday, Aug. 29, Soompi reported. The upcoming Jeju vacation will serve as a celebratory trip given the drama's successful 16-episode run.

The tvN series first aired on July 11 and has captured the attention of viewers with the drama's storyline that featured a mix of action, suspense, comedy, drama, romance, as well as supernatural elements. So Hyun portrays the ghost of high school student Kim Hyun Ji who has no idea how she died. She then meets the college student and ghost exorcist Park Bong Pal, portrayed by Taecyeon. However, Hyun Ji later discovers that she has been in a coma for five years that left her soul lost and wandering all over Seoul.

At this time, it is still unsure if the 2PM singer and So Hyun will join the upcoming Jeju vacation treat. The drama's cast and crew members are set to embark on the celebratory treat in September. Although the date for the special trip has yet to be finalized, as stated in the same report.

In other news, Taecyeon and his 2PM group members are expected to make their music comeback in September. The South Korean boy band are said to be busy preparing for the upcoming release of a new song, allkpop reported. The singing group has reportedly filmed a music video for a new track.

Avid 2PM followers may recall that the group's last album titled "No.5" was released in June 2015. For the boy band's music comeback, 2PM is looking to change their image from "beast-dol" or beast-like singing idols to good boyfriend material singers, as indicated in the same report. Fans can also expect to hear more mellow songs in soon-to-be-released tracks.
