Activision has recently released the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Salvation DLC trailer and the release date is now set for the PlayStation 4 on September 6.

Users who own an Xbox One and Black Ops 3 will have to wait for a whole month to get the new Call of Duty DLC from Treyarch. The developer's studio head Mark lamia said that it would be the most epic season for COD players in terms of DLC especially for those who love zombies and playing with friends.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Salvation DLC will also include the Black Ops 3 Zombies: Revelations expansion which would bring the end of the Origins Zombie Saga, DailyStar has learned. Players will finally be able to see the ending with the mysterious Doctor Monty in The House where it could all end.

Moreover, the Blacks Ops 3 Salvation DLC will also come with the four new multiplayer maps. Citadel is an ancient castle map where players can engage in close-quarter combat, Micro is a mini war zone in a picnic table, Outlaw is a western style map while Rupture is a classic re-imagination of the World at War Outskirts map.

Players will be able to experience the final chapter of the Zombies experience with the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Salvation DLC as they confront the ancient evil that plagues the whole Earth, WCCFTech reported. The ending is still a secret as players will have to find out for themselves in a few days.

There is no news yet on when the Salvation DLC will be coming to the Black Ops 3 PC version but it could be the same time as the Xbox One around October. It is also expected to be fully rolled out before the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare release date on November 4 across all platforms.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Salvation DLC includes new maps for multiplayer modes and the ending to the eight-year Zombies saga across the previous games. Users can get the said Call of Duty DLC on September 6 for the PlayStation 4 and around October for Xbox One and possibly the PC.
