With "Grand Theft Auto 5" still living up to the hype, nothing much is reported about the much awaited sequel, GTA 6 except for its updates. However, it has been reported that Rockstar Games, GTA V creator, made sure that fans will focus on GTA V for now and did not reveal more details about what was of more interest for all, GTA 6.
According to iTech Post, eager fans were excited as they expected to learn more about GTA 6 during the E3 2016 event, but they ended up with more questions than answers regarding their highly-anticipated game. Not even a single topic or hint was given away. During E3 2016, Rockstar Games was clearly focused on sharing some "Grand Theft Auto 5" updates that they did not touch the "Grand Theft Auto 6" subject at all.
But just because Rockstar did not share anything about "Grand Theft Auto 6" during E3 2016, it does not imply that they do not have any plans in sharing some relevant announcements for GTA 6, much hyped game next year. Since this year's E3 2016 focused on GTA V and its players, it is speculated that Rockstar Games will shift this focus to "GTA 6" in E3 2017. Fans should cross their fingers since Rockstar Games has not commented on this issue.
Although it seems like Rockstar Games is withholding all the juicy "Grand Theft Auto 6" details from the public domain, for now, they just want to remind the viewers that they are focused on "Grand Theft Auto 5." Immediately they fully explain everything about "GTA 5," Rockstar Games will for sure be ready to share more details about "GTA 6."
GTA V was released in Sept. 17, 2013 for the previous generation devices and got remastered for the current generation. Just days before its 3rd year, GTA V game has been running on steady current waters, with income coming in and out with no big issues so far. These is seen as the reason why Rockstar Games need to focus more on GTA V this year rather than leaping to a new venture on its sequel.
