The fans of Walt Disney Animation Studios were happy to hear the news that sequel of ''Big Hero 6'' is expected to be released is quarter 3 of 2017. The voice artists for the sequel are expected to remain the same.

Last year the co-director of ''Big Hero 6'' Chris Williams mentioned that if they came across a good story, they will make a sequel. ''If it's not a great story, it won't be a great movie'' Williams clarified in an interview with Variety. ''The crew deserves a great story. And we have expectations from the audience, who grew up with Disney animation. They deserve a great story too'' he further clarified.

Now the original movie was a great success and the voice artists Ryan Potter as Hiro Hamada and Daniel Henney as Tadashi Hamada rose to instant success too. It is also speculated that Tadashi's character might come back to life in the sequel in the form of Sunfire.

This movie was so popular due to the fact that it depicted relationships, love, death and all other human emotions in a way which relates to every audience. The movie, put together by the genius people who grew up on a staple diet of comic books and video games had conceptualized it. A team of 10-20 writers, artists and animation directors created magic on screen and the scenes of the grief of Hiro when his brother passed away touched the hearts of millions.

Also, Hiro's creation of his medical assistant Baymax (voice artist Scott Adsit) shows his creative and scientific prowess which is common in stories based on technologically advanced country Japan. This creation also reminds the viewers that sometimes pain and grief give birth to great creations. Epics like ''David Copperfield'' and ''Paradise Lost'' also have taught us the same.

Hence the sequel needs to have the similar ingredients which can touch the emotions of the viewers and now the countdown has begun for the release of the movie. Since the basic nucleus of the film was set in the original movie, the sequel has got a strong backbone. Now an interesting plot will take the sequel to new heights of success.

In other news, Potter who had given the voice to the 14-year-old robotics prodigy Hiro in ''Big Hero 6'' wants to play the role of Robin in ''Batman Vs. Superman.'' He Tweeted his desire to play the role of Tim Drake and since now Ben Affleck's ''The Batman'' is coming up, the fans can expect this to happen in reality. In an interview, the 20-year-old American actor Potter stated that an Asian American Robin will be a nice change, reported The Hollywood Reporter.
