Uee and Lee Sang Yoon arrives at the 2015 MAMA Awards red carpet.

Lee Sang-Yoon graced the cover of Singles Korea's October issue. In an accompanying interview, the 35-year-old actor opened up about what dating After School's Uee is like.

"We play a lot of silly pranks on each other when are together," Lee shared, as cited by The Kpop Herald. "I like playing jokes on people, I think it helps bring people closer. Maybe that's why I'm quite confident in playing oddball characters that do random and weird things."

Lee and Uee first met at 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards in December. The two made their relationship public on May 2, revealing that they have dated since the beginning of the year.

At the time, the "Twenty Again" actor took to his fan café to ask the support and understanding of his fans. He stressed that he do no want to hide his relationship with the singer, whom he described as a great person and the woman he cherished.

Earlier reports claimed Lee and Uee enjoy dates and take care of one another like a normal couple. Like regular couples, Lee and Uee in some cases argue, but it soon passes over.

Currently, Lee stars on KBS 2TV's Wednesday-Thursday drama "On the Way to the Airport" alongside actress Kim Ha-Neul. He portrays a part-time university lecturer in architecture, Seo Do-Woo, who has a warm heart and a bright personality.

Helmed by Kim Cheol-Kyu, the story of "On the Way to the Airport" heavily revolves around two married individuals, Choi Soo-Ah (Kim) and Seo Do-Woo, who meet by fate and become more involved in each other's life.

Soon after "On the Way to the Airport"  premiered on Sept. 21, many viewers criticized the KBS 2TV drama, as it seems to glamorize adultery considering the two lead characters still have spouses.

"This drama basically depicts a subtle relationship between two people, which is hard to define with specific words," The Korea Times quoted director Kim Cheol-kyu as saying during a press conference at Amoris Hall in Times Square, southern Seoul. "Mature societies naturally accept friendship between a married man and a married woman."

"On the Way to the Airport" airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 10:00 P.M. (KST). Check out the drama below:
