The said episode, to be released on Oct. 24, will have Supergirl a.k.a Kara and some of DEO's top agents act as temporary bodyguards for the U.S. President. Kara and the said agency will also be tasked to apprehend the mastermind behind an attack made on the President's life, according to episode spoilers posted on Spoiler TV.

The investigation will lead Superman's cousin to the villainous Mon-El (Chris Wood). A hunt for the recently escaped alien will then ensue, while Alex (Chyler Leigh) partners with Detective Maggie Sawyer (Floriana Lima) to solve the case.
