"No Man's Sky" was one of the most anticipated video games across platforms but it turns out that the title is just disappointing and overhyped at the time as it disappears from video game charts.

Hello Games has promised several crucial features for the game including multiplayer but "No Man's Sky" just disappointed players with repetitive gameplay for hours. Players are now complaining that the developers did not deliver what was promised.

There are even several memes and videos on YouTube detailing the lies of Hello Games regarding "No Man's Sky." The lack of the anticipated features have led to the loss of interest from both the players and interested customers.

"No Man's Sky" has dropped from the Top PlayStation Downloads September 2016 as sports games took the top charts, Kotaku has learned. "NBA 2K17" sits at top one while "EA Sports FIFA 17" is at top two.

The first non-sports game in the top spots is "The Last Of Us Remastered" at top five followed by "Battlefield Hardline" in top six. "No Man's Sky" is nowhere to be found despite being a chart topper in August.

Hello Games could finally be rolling out new "No Man's Sky" features in the form of an update soon as the SteamDB updated the beta file for the game, The Bit Bag reported. It is now known which features will be added but there are already several players testing out the new version in a secret beta.

The new update could just be fixes for several bugs in the game and no new features could be expected. However, the beta testing could mean that there is indeed something new but that seems to be a little late now that players have already lost interest in the game considering all the lies that they have been fed by the marketing efforts of the developers.

"No Man's Sky" could see the new features soon as the testing is already in the beta stage but no release date has been confirmed by Hello Games. The list of new features also remain a mystery and all of the promised ones could still be on hold.
