‘WWE 2K17’ update 1.02 fixes save data, gameplay issues, improve online stability

Patch 1.02 of "WWE 2K17" has been launched, which fixes the issues on saving data, gameplay, and it also improves online stability. The season three of "WWE Supercard" is in development for iOS and Android devices.

According to the official forums of 2K, the game company has released a new patch that finally fixes several issues the game was plagued with after launch. The latest update will only be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the video game, so other platforms will have to wait longer.

Before the patch was implemented, downloading the Community Creations with over 14 custom logos caused problems while saving data. The new patch's major fix was this issue, along with several other fixes on gameplay and other features.

For gameplay, the alternate submission mini-game has been changed to last longer this time around. In the mini-game, the limb damage will be weighted more heavily. Several more fixes and changes on gameplay also come along with the new patch.

For the online feature, the online experience is now better due to improved stability. The issue of missing info on the Player Info screen has been fixed with this new patch.

MyCAREER issues like the MyCareer Superstar did not appear on the T-Shirt Sales screen and others were fixed. Changes were also added like to gain more ally points, users can now receive a greater share of scheduled tag team matches. This will be available in the tag team division.

The recent patch fixed several audio issues and adjusted some levels to make it more immersive. A downloadable content issue was also fixed, and a support was added for the "WWE 2K17" Legends Pack.

In other related news, 'WWE Supercard' season three is now in development for mobile platforms. According to the official website of the video game, it will feature the series' three new card tiers, the first real-time gameplay mode, and an increased roster of characters from the WWE and the NXT Superstars. It will also have new ways for players to compete and play against other users from around the world.

Season three will be launched in November after development. It will be free to download on the Amazon Appstore, Google Play Store, and the App Store.
