Park Bo-Gum, 23, shared the heart touching moments he had with labelmates Song Joong-Ki. The former said the latter's word of encouragement helped him to overcome the pressure before filming KBS 2TV's "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds."

In a sit-down interview with local reporters on Oct. 26, Wednesday, Park delightedly shared his honest thoughts on the KBS drama. He also detailed how the "Descendants of the Sun" actor helped him prepare for the iconic role.

"The reason I'm grateful to Song Joong Ki too is that in the beginning, I was very shaky and had no confidence," Korean newsoutlet Xports News quoted Park as saying, as cited by Soompi. "When I told Song Joong Ki that I didn't know what I should do, he cheered me on by saying that I should be confident in myself and have strength."

The Hallyu star added he gained a lot of strength from Song, as they would meet up and have dinner together. He also expressed gratitude to Cha Tae Hyun for making a special appearance without any hesitation.

Park then discussed what the historical drama actually means to him. He said "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" is a blessing that boosted his acting career and taught him many lessons in life.

"I feel like I'll think of 'Love in the Moonlight' even if I see the moon in the sky," Yonhap News Agency quoted Park as saying. "The set had such a warm atmosphere that sometimes I asked myself if it's OK to receive so much love."

In the show, Park portrayed Crown Prince Lee Yeong, who is loathed by his servants for being capricious. It was based on the life of Crown Prince Hyomyeong who ruled the Joseon Dynasty from 1827-1830.

The "Reply 1988" actor also talked about his favorite line from the historical drama. He picked the part where he formally acquainted himself with his eunuch Hong Ra-On (Kim Yoo-Jung) stating: "It's Lee Yeong. That's my name." He liked the line since it indicates that his character wants to be friends with the heroine, Park added.
