The specifications of Nokia D1C has surfaced. It is one of the four Nokia devices that is expected to get unveiled in early 2017.

According to news reports, Nokia is expected to come up with four new devices. One of them will be an Android tablet and the other three will be Android smartphones. All or some of these devices (most likely the Nokia D1C) is expected to get unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2017 event..

According to the leaked renders, Nokia D1C will release the smartphone in three color variants of gold, black and white. It is rumored that the Gold model of the device will come with fingerprint scanner. The other two variants of Black and White will not include the fingerprint reader,  Android Pure reported.

The Black and White variants will be designed to have metal frame with polycarbonate cover at the back, while the Gold variant is likely to come with full metal body. The unannounced device had appeared on Geekbench in the previous month and was spotted through AnTuTu benchmarking test. The model is known by its codename, Nokia D1C.

Nokia D1C Specs, Features, Price

Some of the key specs of Nokia D1C have surfaced on AnTuTu. The smartphone will come with the full HD resolution 1080 x 1920 pixels display. It will run on octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset and Adreno 505 graphics.

The Nokia D1C will come with 3 GB of RAM along with an inbuilt storage of 32 GB. It will deliver Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box experience. The device will feature 13-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front facing selfie camera.

The leaked images show that the physical navigation keys are integrated at the front below the phone's display. The power and the volume keys are also seen on the side of the device together with SIM slot.

Nokia D1C Release Date, Price

The Nokia D1C is expected to get unveiled at MWC 2017. The pricing of the smartphone is not yet available. However, as it features entry-level specs, it will probably launch with a cheaper price tag.

The HMD Global, a Finnish company now owns the Nokia brand. The HMD Global will be actively working to promote the four Nokia Android based four devices only by beginning of 2017.

The HMD Global has appointed a well known ad agency from the UK called Mother to promote the forthcoming Nokia phones. The UK based company is expected to begin aggressive promotion of Nokia Android devices starting from early 2017, AdWeek reported.
