From the very beginning, the 2016 US presidential election was the talk of the world. Now after the win of Donald Trump, celebrities including Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Jesse Williams and  more are voicing their strong reactions on social media platforms.

In the recent US presidential race, celebrities have spoken their heart out. When some choose to show their support for the candidates overtly, some have chosen to remain less partial in flaunting their affection and support. Here are some voices from the celebrities after Donald Trump's win over Hillary Clinton.

Lady Gaga, the singer-actress who supported Clinton and even rallied Clinton voters, tweeted on her account with a photo and a signboard that reads "Love trumps hate". On Tuesday night, she shared a photo of herself with Black Lives activist Deray Mckesson, telling followers to stand up for kindness, equality, and love.

Singer Katy Perry, another prominent supporter of Clinton, posted a message on her Twitter account that goes like "Do not sit still. Do not weep. MOVE. We are not a nation that will let HATE lead us", The Washington Post shared.

Amidst these Clinton supporters, there are obviously some Donald Trump admirers who expressed their gracious reaction on Trump's win. Scott Baio shared his enthusiasm over Twitter by posting lines that show his great faith in God works. He felt proud to call Trump President of the United States of America, and First Lady, Melania Trump.

Another vocal Trump supporter, actor Stephen Baldwin, posted a picture on the social media showing him and Sarah Palin with the message that shows that the actor is promising that this going to be his final snarky tweet. He tagged the message with, "@realDonaldTrump @SarahPalinUSA @KellyannePolls @nbcsnl #MakeAmericaGreatAgain".

Talented actor Jesse Williams who stunned the audience at this year's BET Awards function with his poignant speech about Black Lives Matter, shared a message on his Twitter account just after Trump emerged as the clear winner. This "Grey's Anatomy" actor asked people to be tired, to be mad, to be honest,and concerned but be not afraid. He added to rest up, be safe, come together and construct. His advice is to know your surroundings and to be creative, Access Hollywood, published.
