HTC 11 rumors: Specs to include dual-curved display, 4000mAH battery

The HTC 10, not the HTC 11, has not been received well by Chinese buyers, Taiwanese media said.

After HTC has released its newest flagship device HTC 10, the rumor mills has spinned for its successor. Dubbed as HTC 11, the upcoming smartphone is predicted to sport dual-curved display, 4,000mAH battery and more.

PhoneRadar has learned that HTC 11might sport a 5.5-inch curved display Quad HD with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution. This upcoming smartphone from the Taiwanese tech giant was also reported to feature a metal body.

When it comes with the camera department, the HTC 11 might sport a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera and an 8-megapixel front snapper. Similar with its successor, HTC 10 arrived boasting a 12-megapixel camera, but then tech enthusiasts are expecting that the HTC 11will have an improved sensor along with other upgrades. Both the front and rear shooters on HTC 10 have autofocus sensors and supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).

Additionally, University Herald reported that the HTC 11 is also anticipated to arrive with an impressive design along with IP67 chassis. This upcoming handset from HTC is also believed to sport an enormous battery having 4,000 mAh capacity.

The Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer will possibly use Snapdragon 821 or Snapdragon 830 for the upcoming HTC 11. Meanwhile, the device's chipset has not been revealed as of the moment. There are talks stating that the HTC 11 might arrive packed with 4 or 6 GB of random access memory (RAM).As for the operating system, the handset may carry Google's current build, the Android 7.0 Nougat as it come out of the box. Aside from that, the smartphone is also predicted to be armed with USB Type-C port and a fingerprint scanner is also much predicted to be present.

Although, it is not yet confirmed the HTC 11 is speculated to make its first ever appearance on Mobile World Congress to be held on February 27 next year. For the handset's price, it is predicted to be tagged at $750.
