Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the "Captain America: Civil War and the new "Spider-Man" 2017 film.

The latest details and spoilers for "Spider-Man: Homecoming" will feature the confirmation of Zendaya's character, official trailer launch and Carnage in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

It seems that truth behind Zendaya's character in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" has been revealed as the "K.C. Undercover" star told ET Online that she will not be playing the Spider-Man's icoinic love interest Mary Jane Watson in the film.

Zendaya will be playing the character Michelle in the film and Zendaya described her as not a "romantic" person rather a a dry, awkward. intelligent and having a very deep personality. which sets her apart from Mary Jane Watson who is outgoing, friendly and confident in the comics.

Rumored reports suggest that Peter Parker's (Tom Holland) possible love interest in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" could be her high school crush Liz Allan (Laura Harrier). Liz Allan is one the many love interest in Spider-Man's history joining the likes of Mary Jane Waston and Gwen Stacy.

The romance between Peter and Liz will be similar to the comic books as Peter was attracted to the popular Liz, but she was dating Flash Thompson (Tony Revolori). In Spidey lore, there is a whole plotline where Peter tutors Liz, who was popular in high school, and while she initially treats him like a nerd, she eventually falls for him, leaving Flash, denounces the cool kids, and goes to be with Peter.

Meanwhile, the possible release of the "Spider-Man: Homecoming" trailer will likely launch on Dec. 16 and its attached to the "Rogue One: A Star Wars story" film, ComicBook reported.

The details for the "Spider-Man: Homecoming" trailer have already been leaked online from the San Diego Comic con event.

Lastly, Movie Press YouTube podcast host Simon Thompson claimed that "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" actor Lin-Manuel Miranda wants to play the Spider-Man villain Cletus Kasady/Carnage in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Thompson stated that Miranda is a Marvel fan and if the Marvel Studios and Disney will allow Carnage or do a "Maximum Carnage" storyline in the MCU, he wants to be in it and play the villain.

Peter Parker in the "Spider-Man: Homecoming" will face off against The Vulture (Michael Keaton), Tinkerer (Michael Chernus) and Shocker ( Bokeem Woodbine). There are also rumors that Norman Osborn/Green Goblin or Eddie Brock/Venom will making their debut in the MCU soon.

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" will be release on July 7, 2017.
