(L-R) Actors Maisie Williams, Emilia Clarke, Sophie Turner and Kit Harington, winners of Best Drama Series for 'Game of Thrones', pose in the press room during the 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards.

Sophie Turner, 20, spilled the beans on what is ahead for Sansa Stark in "Game of Thrones" Season 7 and it sounds like Jon Snow (Kit Harington) is in for a serious threat. Recently, the former vaguely teased that a sibling rivalry could unravel House Stark once more.

In a sit-down interview with Entertainment Weekly, Turner noted the immense growing confidence of Sansa Stark after she defeated Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon) in the final episode of "Game of Thrones" Season 6, but added that there will be major difficulties. She said Sansa will give off an impression of being in control and powerful for the first time.

"She's seemingly in control for the first time - and it really suits her," Turner revealed. "She's kind of having a bit of a power trip, but she's also becoming more insecure because there are threats to the power that she holds."

While it remains indistinct where those threats will originate from, many believed that there will be some upcoming tension between the half siblings judging by the glance shared between Sansa and Lord Petyr Baelish (Aidan Gillen) when Jon Snow was crowned King in the North. It intensified when Turner previously said Sansa do not think King Crow is capable of running Winterfell and the North.

"She doesn't think he has the intellect, the knowledge, the experience that she has, and I concur," Variety quoted Turner as saying during the "Game of Thrones" panel at San Diego Comic-Con. "He has wonderful morals, those Stark morals, that inevitably he'll make the best decision, but whether it's going to benefit anyone is another story."

Meanwhile, HBO programming president Casey Bloys recently confirmed that early talks for a prequel are already underway. He revealed he has been discussing potential prequel ideas with creator George R.R. Martin.

For Bloys, "Game of Thrones" is such an incredible world with such great property and that it would be insane not to at least explore the idea of some sort of prequel. However, HBO has yet to pinpoint an exact point of time to concentrate on from the vast Westeros history for a potential spin-off.
