Game developer Respawn Entertainment has released gameplay stats for their latest offering "Titanfall 2." The infographics revealed the top three Titans that players chose during the game's first month. Overall, there have already been 114 million Titans deployed in the game.
Similar to its predecessor, the game is a first-person shooter that focuses on players taking control of both an amateur pilot and a battle-proven mechanized exoskeleton called a Titan. In order, the most preferred mechs since its release on Oct. 28 are Tone, Ion and Legion. According to Gamespot, the ordnance with most kills is the Grapple Hooks that was used 154 million times.
The infographics also showed that the weapons with most kills include the 201 Carbine, followed by the CAR, and Hemlock taking the third position. The pilots have also traveled for 146 million kilometers total, which is almost the same distance between the Earth and the Sun in the solar system.
Lastly, the three top game modes include Attrition that has accumulated a total of 304 million kills, while the Bounty Hunt already has $4.4 billion stolen. The Amped Hardpoint comes in at third for the most favorite mode and has gained 15 million captured hardpoints.
As previously announced on "Titanfall 2's" official blog, the "Angel City's Most Wanted" DLC brings in the remastered version of the Angel City multiplayer map that was originally from the first game. The expansion pack also includes the B3 Wingman Elite pistol, Titan Kits for the six original Titans, and the Skin Store for paid cosmetic enhancements for the mechs.
Electronic Arts, the game's publisher, is currently offering the game with big discounts. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions are available for only $36 while the PC version is at $40. The game was formerly priced at $60.
Players who have not purchased the game but participated in the recently concluded 2-day free trial of the multiplayer mode will have their progress carried over if they decide to purchase the full game.
"Titanfall 2" is now available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
