"Dance Moms" alums Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler and JoJo Siwa recently reunited for an important cause.

On her Instagram account, "The Greatest" dancer shared a photo in front of a huge wings mural while wearing a "I'm A Dancer Against Cancer" t-shirt. As professional dancers, the Ziegler sisters and Siwa are raising awareness on the serious illness. The organization's official Instagram account also provided information on what they do for cancer patients. The group is aimed at providing financial support and inspiration to dancers, dance teachers, choreographers and other performers whose family members have been stricken with the illness.

Meanwhile, since leaving "Dance Moms," the Zieglers and Siwa have already gone on to star in various projects. The older Ziegler acted as guest judge in "So You Think You Can Dance: Next Generation." She also lent her voice in the upcoming movie, "Ballerina," starring Elle Fanning. Last year, Ziegler completed the filming for "The Book of Henry." She has also signed to appear in Sia's upcoming independent film, "Sister."

Her younger sister Mackenzie, on the other hand, just released a song with Johnny Orlando. "Day and Night" is currently available on iTunes. A few days after its release, Mackenzie graced the cover of Posh Kids magazine's November issue. While speaking with the publication, Mackenzie said that she plans on getting professional training for gymnastics. After all, she feels that she will be really good at it.

Despite their alleged sibling rivalry, Mackenzie clarified that she has never been bitter of all of Ziegler's accomplishments. In fact, when asked what her favorite memory was, she said that it is of her sister performing at Sia's "Nostalgic for the Present" concert.

In other news, Siwa has also been preoccupied with her recent transfer to Los Angeles, as well as different TV and show appearances here and there. She was recently invited to perform at the "Lip Sync Battle Shorties" on Nickelodeon.
