A tension will happen between Sheldon played by Jim Parsons and Leonard by Johnny Galecki on the CBS' next episode of the "The Big Bang Theory."

CBS has released its official plot synopsis for its next episode with the title "The Leftover Thermalization." In the episode, a publishing will credit Sheldon as a paper's lead scientist, causing Leonard to be jealous.

"An electrical short is going to thaw the last meal that was cooked by Mrs. Wolowitz, and the gang will ponder what to do with it, while Leonard and Sheldon's work is featured in a magazine, but only one will get the lead credit. Storyline number 2: Friction ensues when a magazine fails to mention the brilliance of Leonard in an article about the paper he co-wrote with Sheldon. Also, a blackout at Mrs. Wolowitz's residence leads to a final family dinner in her honor," the synopsis wrote.

"The Leftover Thermalization" is set to air March 12, Thursday at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.

Meanwhile, "The Big Bang Theory" features a tribute to the late legendary actor Leonard Nimoy in its previous episode. The TV series has put up Nimoy's still photo with the message, "The impact you had on our show and on our lives is everlasting."

The "Star Trek" actor has never appeared on the sitcom, although his voice was heard in one of its episodes where Sheldon dreamt that Spock came to life. Also, there is a recurring gag of the friends playing "Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock."

"The Big Bang Theory" airs on CBS every Thursday, 8 p.m. ET/PT.
