A high profile match between two of the top teams in the 2016-2017 Premier League season, Liverpool FC (13-3-6, 45 points) and Chelsea FC (18-3-1, 55 points), are scheduled at the Anfield on Tuesday, Jan. 31.

Start Time and Streaming Info

The game starts at 3:00 p.m. ET. It can be viewed live online thru FuboTV.

Liverpool has been reeling as of late with three consecutive winless performances, having two straight draws and a loss in their last three outings. The team has dropped to the fourth spot of the league table as a result, one point behind third-running squad Tottenham Hotspur and only a point ahead of fifth-place team Manchester City.

The Reds succumbed to a disappointing 2-3 upset loss to erstwhile bottom three side Swansea City also at their own home ground of the Anfield on Jan. 21, as per the Independent.

Head coach Jürgen Klopp's side seemed to be having problems with their offense in the first half as the team was held to a goalless draw at the break.

Swansea City forward Fernando Llorente then unleashed a brace in the 48th and 52nd minutes to threaten to blow out the Reds out of their own home field.

However, Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino countered with two goals in the 55th and 69th minutes to bring his team back to a 2-2 tie.

The last laugh went to the visitors, though, as Gylfi Sigurdsson scored in the 74th minute in another defensive lapse for the hosts.

Meanwhile, Chelsea blanked lowly team Hull City, 2-0, at the Stamford Bridge in their most recent fixture on Jan. 22, Sports Mole reported.

Spanish striker Diego Costa scored the opening goal during the first half injury time to give head coach Antonio Conte's boys a one-point advantage at the half.

English defender Gary Cahill then doubled the lead in the 81st minute with a six-yard goal off a cross by Cesc Fabregas following a free kick by Willian.

It was the second straight win by the Blues after succumbing to Tottenham for only their third loss of the season earlier this month.

Prediction and Predicted Lineup

The predicted result is a 1-0 victory for Chelsea.

Liverpool starting lineup (4-3-3 formation): Mignolet; Clyne, Lovren, Klavan, Milner; Wijnaldum, Henderson, Can; Lallana, Firmino, Coutinho

Chelsea starting lineup (3-4-3 formation): Courtois; Azpilicueta, Luiz, Cahill; Moses, Kanté, Matic, Alonso; Pedro, Costa, Hazard
