"Pokemon Sun and Moon" players are getting pretty much vexed and baffled at the same time as they keep on failing the game's Global Missions. As of late, quite a number of gamers may have discovered the cause as to why they are constantly met with such misfortune.
The Global Mission event was set up by its developer Game Freak that aims players to work together in reaching a given task. Nonetheless, the first couple of missions faired quite badly that got both players and game critics baffled.
The possible root cause of the problem was discovered by players just recently as it was found out that such failure could be coming from a technical issue. Players have noticed that whenever a new Pokemon Trainer account is registered, the attempt will be discarded by the system and the page will be refreshed, according to GameRant.
Moreover, it was found out that it is an ongoing issue since January and support from the Pokemon Team are hard to come by. As of the moment, all the players are getting from the game's technical team are support tickets and a note suggesting to add their names onto their respective Pokemon Trainer account and changing their PGL settings to "nobody," Kotaku reported.
Such workaround is said to be useless as players still encounter the infuriating result. There were even players who were promised that the team will be looking into their accounts and were advised to check periodically without any assurance on when will it be fixed.
Currently, the third Global Mission is still in full effect that took effect last Jan. 31 and will end on Feb. 13. The task at hand is to trade as many Pokemons during the given time period until they have reached one million trades.
