Bergdahl's new letter has been released.

Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl's new letter has created a social media hype. He has been charged of dissertation and misbehaviour. The House Speaker John Boehner has declared the soldier as a free man unless he is proven guilty.

The Speaker has shown signs of concern in his statement in an exclusive interview with CNN's Dana Bash in which he said that his problem with this case is the way prisoner swap was handled.

On Wednesday, Bergdahl's attorney also has a released a statement which contained extracts from the letter written by Bergdahl revealing what the poor soldier has gone through.

The main problem that exists is the reason which caused the soldier to leave the army base. It is also being thought that the soldier was trying to escape to China to join the Taliban.

The Speaker also told the newspaper, ''Well, like any American you're innocent until proven guilty. And these charges are coming. There will be a trial.''

His words have made the clear that the soldier will have to face a trial. The fact which has kept teasing the government is the loss of five major Taliban fighters for Bergdahl's release. He also targeted the policies of President Obama to work so closely in the fight of other countries with the Taliban as it will create a massive danger to the lives of Americans living in or outside their homeland.

The case has been under investigation since December 2014 under the patron of General Mark Milley. It was under the captivity of Taliban for five long years and the detainee swap for Bergdahl is increasingly becoming controversial, IBT reported.
