Dina Lohan is reportedly joining "Celebrity Big Brother UK" and her "Mean Girls" actress daughter Lindsay Lohan is not happy about it.
For a couple of months now, Lindsay has been happily living in London away from the American press and is furious that her mother is planning to come to the United Kingdom and is planning to join "Celebrity Big Brother UK," Perez Hilton has learned.
Apparently, Lindsay went to the U.K. to escape fame so the idea of her mother joining a reality show there infuriates her as she seem to be looking forward to staying there for good.
When she turned 28 on July 2, 2014, Lohan was spotted on the streets of Manhattan wearing ratty cut-off shorts paired with layered necklaces, an oversized graphic T-shirt and sneakers exposing bruises and scratches on her legs, New York Daily News reported.
At the time, Lindsay was spotted strolling in SoHo and shopping with an unidentified man.
Now that she is in London, Lindsay does not seem to be planning to pursue her acting career. The last film she starred in was the 2013 drama thriller "The Canyons," which she co-produced. Also in 2013, she starred in "Inappropriate Comedy," "Scary Movie 5" and "The Bling Ring."
In 2014, Lindsay was reported to star in and co-produce a film entitled "Inconceivable." On the small screen, she had an eight-part docu-series titled "Lindsay" aired on Oprah Winfrey's OWN.
After her guest appearance on "2 Broke Girls" in 2014, Lindsay will appear in the horror comedy "Scream Queens" season 1 episode 13.
