Zoe Saldana Writes Lengthy Advice To Moms Everywhere About Dealing With Post-Baby Bod

Zoe Saldana is a new mom and she took it to her Facebook page to reach out to mothers all over the world as she wants to give them an advice that they are not alone on trying to get back to their shape after giving birth.

The actress shared that it is really difficult for her to find time to work out in the gym especially because she is juggling her time for work, her twins, and her family. Saldana pointed out that she procrastinated as well in trying to get back in shape but she posted a photo of hear on the treadmill pointing out that she already knows what to prioritize and she is proud of being able to be self-focused.

Saldana told moms that not because one is self-focused, it does not automatically mean that they are selfish. The actress shared that bouncing back feels impossible for a lot of moms but it is very important and that the journey might be slow, painful and frustrating but in the end it will be worth it.

The star also told her fans that her trainer, Steve Moyer, will be guiding her for the next two months and she will be updating her fans about what she eats and what she does in order to extend her help to mothers out there.

The star also talked about her weight saying that at the peak of her pregnancy, she weighed 185 pounds. According to Today, this is not the first time that she revealed her weight as back in 2013, in an interview with the publication, she shared that she weighed 115 pounds and she did not mind if that was placed on the front cover of the magazine.

Meanwhile, Just Jared reported that Saldana and husband Marco Perego were spotted at the Four Seasons Hotel on Tuesday in California and met up with a few friends.
