Microsoft Surface Pro 4 release date is purported to happen tomorrow at the company's the BUILD developer conference kicking off on Apr. 29 until May 1 at San Francisco, California.

Microsoft has not confirmed whether it will take the wraps off the successor of the popular Surface Pro 3. According to TechRadar, the company will show off the Surface Pro 4 at the said conference and the device will most likely hit mass production in June and will be available for purchase alongside the roll out of the official version of Windows 10 in the second half of the year.

Another hint that adds fuel to fire is the fact that the current tablet-laptop hybrid is offered at a lesser price. Best Buy is reportedly offering a massive discount on Surface Pro 3 with Intel Core i5 processor and 128 GB storage for just $899.99, which is $999.99 in its regular price.

Moreover, the retailer also offers up to $200 trade-in value to your tablet upon purchasing the Surface Pro 3 at a cheaper price. In the past, the company offered the tablet with discounts. There is a high chance that the Surface Pro 4 will have the same target market as before due to the success the line garnered this year.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is rumored to offer two screen variants: one with 12-inch screen panel and another one with 14-inch display. Both versions will sport a 2160 x 1440 screen resolution. Aside from more options in screen display, the device will also pack Intel Core M Broadwell chip paired with Windows 10 OS as well as 16 GB of RAM and a storage capacity of 1 TB.
