Pacquiao-Mayweather Jr. Fight: ‘Ted 2’ Star Mark Wahlberg, P. Diddy’s $250,000 Bet Will Go To Charity

"Ted 2" star Mark Wahlberg and his friend Sean Combs known as rapper P. Diddy have a mega bet for $250,000 on the upcoming fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Speaking to TMZ, Wahlberg said whoever wins, the money will be given to the favorite charity of the winning boxer.

Like Wahlberg, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Teddy Atlas, Ronda Rousey, Miguel Cotto, Roberto Duran are all rooting for Pacquiao, according to Daily Mail.

The Pacquiao-Mayweather Jr. fight was dubbed as "The Fight Of The Century" or "Battle For Greatness." It will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 2, Saturday.

Pacquiao is currently the eight-division world champion while Mayweather Jr.  is an undefeated five-division world champion.

The belt for the winner of the fight valued at $1 million is newly created by the WBC contains the faces of both Pacquiao and Mayweather Jr. along with the faces of boxing legend Muhammad Ali and former WBC president José Sulaimán.

The Pacquiao-Mayweather fight belt has thousands of emeralds instead of the gold plating for the center logo although it is an exact replica of the current belt.

The in-ring referee appointed by the Nevada Athletic Commission in the highly anticipated fight is Kenny Bayless, who has officiated seven of Pacquiao's fights and five of Mayweather Jr.'s fights in the past.

Serving as the judges are Burt Clements, Glenn Feldman and Dave Moretti.

Bayless will be paid $25,000 as the referee while Clements, Feldman and Moretti will each be paid $20,000 as judges.
