One Plus Two

OnePlus Two release date is just a few days away, according to the company's tweet. The phone will be launched on June 1 and will be sold via the invite system.

The tweet also added that the company wants to stir things up in the tech industry and now is the time for a big change. OnePlus One was launched about a year ago and became one of the top smartphones and was tagged as the best smart phone in the market, according to The Tech Radar.

OnePlus Two is also expected to re-introduce the company's invite scheme, in which the company will only sell the phone to those people who own an invite for it. Only those people who are registered at the site and/or are the current users of OnePlus products will get the invite automatically once the phone is available.

This strategy is followed to create a buzz in the market about the new smartphone. It also helps the company to ramp up production of the handsets depending on the demand. Consumers, who have an invite but do not want to use it, can also pass on the invite to other people, according to Locker Dome.

The latest flagship phone packs a 5.5 display screen and the fast Snapdragon processor 810 along with 3 GB of RAM. It sports a 16 mega pixel main camera at the rear end and a 5 mega pixel front camera for amazing snaps, and 3,300 mAh capacity of battery. The smartphone sports a plastic build and dual speakers.
