Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Release Date In September?

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will run on the Windows 10 operating system.

It is rumored that the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 release date may be in September.

According to CrossMap, Microsoft is planning to incorporate Intel's latest Skylake processors in the upcoming Surface Pro 4. The Skylake processors are expected to be launched by August, so Microsoft may launch the much-anticipated device after August.

Intel is engrossed in the design and development of its latest Skylake processor. It is said to have an edge over the Broadwell chips, which power the Apple Macbooks.

Currently, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 device is also enjoying massive discounts to the tune of $150. This has led users to believe that Microsoft is trying to clear the old stock in order to launch the new Surface Pro 4.

Microsoft will release their latest "Windows 10" Operating System on July 29, 2015. It is also expected that they may announce the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 at the same event.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features reportedly include memory variants of 128 GB, 256 GB and 500 GB. It may come in two different sizes of 12-inch and 14-inch displays. It is expected to have a 2K pixel resolution.

There are rumors that the upcoming Surface Pro 4 will come with a stylus and the Type-C USB port as well. It is expected to have 16 GB of RAM and function as a "laplet."

According to PCTablet, the Surface Pro 4 may be compatible with the Holo Lens VR device as well. It is rumored to be packed with two cameras. The front camera is expected to be 3.5 Megapixel in resolution whereas the rear may feature a 8 Megapixel camera.
