If latest reports are anything to go by, the iPhone 6S will have worst feature of iPhone 6 and will look exactly like its predecessor.

Recently, 9to5Mac published pictures of rumored iPhone 6S. The website disclosed that the smartphone will be released in the fall of this year and highlighted the important hardware changes that the software giant Apple will be making.

According to a 9to5Mac report, iPhone 6S will have 16GB storage capacity. With the introduction of bigger applications and good quality media files, users of iPhone over the last few years have realized that 16GB is not enough.

The report said that the chip has a 16GB capacity and is constructed with a 19nm production process. It added that there is a possibility that Cupertino-based Apple was using the 16GB chip for early test models and production.

The software company has earlier tested future iPhone hardware using smaller storage capacities prior to finalizing its production; therefore, a last-minute upgrade to a higher capacity would not be unusual.

However, Phil Schiller, Senior Vice President at Apple, recently said that 16GB is suitable for several users due to cloud-based services like Apple Music and iCloud, in addition to iOS 9's app-slimming features.

Other rumored features of iPhone 6S are a 12 megapixel rear-facing camera, an upgraded FaceTime camera, 7000 Series aluminum, Force Touch and a more powerful A9 processor with 2GB of RAM.

According to CNET, the addition of Qualcomm's LTE chip to the upcoming smartphone would enhance the battery life of the device. The iPhone 6S will also feature a new NFC chip that will add a secure element processor and decrease the requirement for a separate chip.
