Graduating college students all over China show their creative sides by sending differently themed photos to future employers, newspaper Want Daily reported.

Eight female graduates from Dalian Ocean University in Liaoning Province, with the full support from their schools, sent attention-grabbing photographs to companies instead of the traditional graduation photos.

In lieu of wearing plain old graduation gowns, the female graduates spiced it up by wearing scary make-up, making them look like ghosts in the classroom.

Visual design students of Sichuan University of Science and Engineering also showcased their creativity and craftsmanship for their high-quality parody of popular show "The Lost Tomb," which gained praises over the Internet.

The college graduates from China University of Mining and Technology in Xuzhou stepped up by wrapping themselves in bath towels, while students from various schools and colleges put themselves in Vietnamese yem dresses at Hangzhou's water park for their graduation photos.

The graduation photos of 68 students from Kunming University were not just sent to potential employers, but were also auctioned off on Taobao, a leading online auction site in China.

The president of the university confirmed that three of the students successfully landed a job, thanks to the auction.

A graduate student of Southwest University of Political Science and Law in Chongqing, Cheng Quiyue was named "diva" for her beauty and her passing a judicial exam that secured her a scholarship to law school, and eventually getting the nickname "fairy legal" from netizens.
