"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" star Henry Cavill has remained coy when asked if he will officially play the role of Jack Hyde in "Fifty Shades Darker."

Throughout the past couple of weeks, Cavill has been linked to the said role because fans believe that he is fit to play Christian Grey's (Jamie Dornan) nemesis. However, in a recent interview with E! News, the actor said that he cannot say anything much about the reports.

According to Fashion N Style, although Cavill did not confirm his participation on "Fifty Shades Darker," he hinted that he is currently in negotiations with Universal Pictures. This has led fans to speculate once again that he will eventually be cast for the role.

Meanwhile, apart from the role of Jack, fans are also looking forward to knowing who will play the roles of Mrs. Robinson or Elena Lincoln and Leila Williams. Throughout the past couple of weeks, Charlize Theron and Cara Delevingne are being tagged for the roles respectively.

According to multiple publications, fans are looking forward to seeing Theron play the role of Mrs. Robinson because this will require her to show her sultry and mysterious side.

Delevingne, on the other hand, will also be challenged to play the role of a sexy woman who was formerly linked to Christian. All three characters will serve as the most important cast members of "Fifty Shades Darker," aside from Christian and Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson).

"Fifty Shades Darker" is scheduled to hit theaters in the United States this coming Feb. 10, 2017.
