Top footballers would rather talk about women, haircuts and suitcases than the corruption scandal that hit FIFA and caused the governing body's downfall, said Real Madrid forward Ronaldo Cristiano.

The football superstar left an interview with a Spanish broadcaster in a huff when asked if he and other Real Madrid players discuss among themselves what happened to FIFA, reports The Telegraph.

"This is bulls**t. Speak about Fifa? I don't care about Fifa. And Qatar ... I don't give a f***," CNN Espanol quotes Ronaldo. He actually wanted to talk about a range of headphones he was launching in the U.S.

Over the weekend, Alejandro Burzaco, an Argentinean sports marketing executive, filed a not guilty plea and posted a $20 million bond when he appeared before a U.S. court in New York over the FIFA corruption scandal. Burzaco is one of 14 FIFA officials and sports marketing executives accused of soliciting and receiving over $150 million bribes and kickbacks over 24 years.

He is facing three charges of racketeering, money laundering and wire fraud conspiracy, reports Ticotimes. The bail money he posted was raised by family and friends. Burzaco surrendered on Tuesday to Italian police and flew to the U.S. to face the charges. His former wife flew from Buenos Aires to support Burzaco.

However, in a new PokerStars advertisement, the Portuguese athlete could show the opposite - remaining cool in a pressure situation while hosting a charity poker night with his friends. In between the game, the group ordered a pizza delivery. When the delivery man arrives, he asks Ronaldo for a selfie as a remembrance which the footballer agrees to.

When he returns to the table, Ronaldo wins a big pot "by turning over a stone cold buff," reports Mirror. His friends are amused with Ronaldo's cool-as-a-cucumber look.
