The latest player ratings for the "Madden NFL 16" have been released. This time, the NFC South division is getting some attention with its player ratings.

For this round, three contenders have dominated the top, with the Carolina Panthers coming out as the cream of the crop, EA announced via its EA Sports Blog. The Panthers are rated 80 overall for having won the NFC South at a 7-8-1 record in 2014.

The Panthers' lineup consists of TE Greg Olsen (92 OVR), Kelvin Benjamin (86 OVR), HB Jonathan Stewart (84 OVR) and quarterback Cam Newton (90 OVR). EA noted that CB Charles Tillman provides good support for the

Following closely is the New Orleans Saints with a team OVR of 78. Despite a few struggles with Jimmy Graham's departure and Drew Brees's (95 OVR) failure to get to the 5,000-year mark for the first time in five years, the New Orleans Saints still have a lot going on for the team.

Their defensive lineup consists of Jarius Byrd (91 OVR), Cameron Jordan (87 OVR) and Brandon Browner (82 OVR). Not to mention that Hau'oli Kikaha (66 OVR) is also joining as the team's must-watch rookie.

Third in line at 77 OVR is the Atlanta Falcons team. Most of its defensive and offensive lineups are making a comeback, with quarterback Matt Ryan (90 OVR) in the lead. Other known names include Julio Jones (94 OVR), Roddy White (84 OVR) and Leonard Hankerson (76 OVR) while the defensive lineup includes Desmond Trufant (90 OVR) and Justin Durant (84 OVR).

Finally, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers round up the NFC South division. The Buccaneers are slated to have a variety of strong players, from its defensive lineup with Gerald McCoy (93 OVR), Lavonte David (91 OVR) and Alterraun Verner (87 OVR) to its rookies Ali Marpet (70 OVR) and Donovan Smith (67 OVR).

Apart from the NFC South division for "Madden NFL 16," fans can also get a glimpse of the soundtrack and music for the game. There's a big difference compared to the usual anthems for this year's iteration, as the soundtrack features a mix of artists to make the music more interesting.

The full soundtrack features 30 songs all in all, with songs from the likes of Youngblood Hawke, LunchMoney Lewis and Brooke Candy, among others. Spotify already has some of the songs up so fans can listen to the sounds before "Madden NFL 16" comes out.

"Madden NFL 16" is slated for release on Aug. 25. Since the title is part of the EA Access program, those who will play the game on the Xbox One can access and play it five days earlier via a membership to the subscription service.

"With 'Madden NFL 16,' we've not returned to our roots for introducing new artists and new music," said EA's Steve Schnur in a statement quoted by GameSpot. "This soundtrack is truly one of our most adventurous, and one we think fans will enjoy the mix of genres and artists we've included."
