The day of reckoning has arrived for the Undertaker and Brock Lesnar. After trading blows in arguably one of the worst brawls in WWE history and seeing the Deadman execute the Beast Incarnate with a tombstone pile-driver in the latter's hometown, it will all boil down to this: their much awaited Wrestlemania rematch at Summerslam 2015.
Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar:
The Undertaker will finally have his long-due shot at revenge against the man who did not only tarnish his immaculate record at Wrestlemania but defile his quarter of century body of work as WWE's biggest wrestling superstar.
Although it initially appeared both wrestlers have moved on to different paths since that shocking moment at Wrestlemania XXX, the Deadman proved he never forgets, spoiling Lesnar's chance at retaining the World Heavyweight Champion at Battleground and then totally demolishing him in front of his home-crowd in Minnesota on the August 17 episode of Monday Night Raw.
The Undertaker has indeed dominated the build-up leading up to Summerslam, but it would be foolish to rule out Lesnar in perhaps the biggest test in the second chapter of his WWE career. One thing is for sure, this fight will be going down among the best ever!
Seth Rollins vs. John Cena - Unification Bout for the United States Championship & Heavyweight Championship:
After barely escaping Lesnar's all-out assault at Battleground (thanks to the Undertaker's intervention), Rollins tried to mimic John Cena's open challenge by risking the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against any opponent that fits his requirements.
The Cenation leader asked for a title shot against the former Shield member, but was denied twice. Instead, the Authority forced Cena to defend his US title against their man on the July 27 episode of Monday Night Raw. During the match, Cena suffered a broken nose but managed to will his way to victory.
Believing he's too good for Cena so much that he was able to break his nose, Rollins dared Cena to fight him in a unification bout at Summerslam. On August 11 episode of Tough Enough, Cena accepted the challenge, paving the way for the titular showdown in this summer's biggest PPV event.
The Arrow vs. Stardust, Randy Orton vs. Shaemus and the Divas Revolution:
For the first time ever, this year's Summerslam will be a four-hour event - a length previously reserved for Wrestlemania. From the Hollywood-liked feud between Stephen Amell of the Arrow and Stardust to the seething rivalry between the Viper and Mr. Money in the Bank Shaemus to the next episode of the Divas Revolution, Summerslam 2015 is loaded from top to bottom.
Championship & Main Cards for Summerslam 2015:
The Prime Time Players (c) vs. The Lucha Dragons vs. Los Matadores (with El Torito) vs. The New Day (Fatal 4-Way Match for WWE Tag-Team Championship)
Ryback (c) vs. Big Show vs. The Miz - Triple Threat for Intercontinental Championship
