The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (Polish: Wiedźmin 3: Dziki Gon) is an action role-playing video game set in an open world environment, developed by Polish video game developer CD Projekt RED.

Game developer CD Projekt Red will more likely roll out the next “Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” patch update for the PC as well as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One soon.

Community lead Marcin Momot has confirmed in his response to the fans, that the team is currently working on a new hotfix that is expected to be released fairly soon, Geek And Snack reported.

The upcoming patch updates will address the bug causing problem for players in completing the Skellige’s Most Wanted Quest as well as the issue with Steam achievements.

While there is no specific date on when “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” hotfix will be released, rumor has it that players can expect the announcement of hotfix by the early next week. However, these are not the only issues that players are facing, which Momot has previously confirmed that CD Projekt Red is working on.

The new hotfix is also expected to resolve the glitch in the New Game+ mode, discovered earlier this week, that dramatically increases the monsters’ level to triple digits. Exploiting the glitch allowed players to fight high level monsters, who are impossible to defeat, VG24/7 reported.

The developer is also working on the two new expansions for the game - “Hearts of Stone” and “Blood and Wine” that are slated for a release in October and early 2016 respectively.

Meanwhile, CD Projekt Red has announced in its website that “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” has successfully sold over six million copies within its first six weeks.
