Stephen Amell plays Oliver Queen in "Arrow."

"Arrow" star Stephen Amell recently took to Twitter to say that he will follow suit if Kim Kardashian's husband Kanye West runs for President in the United States.

"If Kanye runs for President, I'll run for Prime Minister of Canada," Amell tweeted on Aug. 31, Monday.

Amell's tweet was in response to West's epic acceptance speech for the Vanguard Award at the recently concluded MTV Video Music Award hosted by "Wrecking Ball" hit maker Miley Cyrus. He said, "As you probably could've guessed by this moment, I have decided, in 2020, to run for president."

The moment West stepped off stage and went back to his seat, his wife, along with his mother-in law Kris Jenner, his sisters-in-law Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, and Tyga congratulated him before they all turned and walked out immediately, an eyewitness in the audience told Hollywood Life.

Meanwhile, "Arrow" season 4 is set to premiere on The CW on Oct. 7. In the upcoming season, Amell's character Oliver Queen will be spending time in Coast City, a city located in California, which according to McKenna Hall (Janina Gavankar) has the best physical therapy facility in the United States.

"Arrow" executive producer and DC Comics and Marvel Comics writer Marc Guggenheim recently shared a piece of production art that seems to hint the potential arrival of Hal Jordan, also known as Green Lantern, in "Arrow" season 4.

However, in July, Guggenheim told The Hollywood Reporter, "They announced the 'Green Lantern Corps' movie and I'd be surprised if it didn't include Hal Jordan."

Guggenheim told the publication that it would be great to see Hal Jordan on "Arrow" but he doubts it very much.
