"Loyal" hit maker Chris Brown was seen in high spirits during his gig in Albuquerque on Sept. 12, Saturday, as he brought his 15-months-old daughter, Royalty, on stage with him to celebrate the recent Houston court judgement over the custody of his daughter.

Wearing a large pair of defenders, the 26-year-old rapper took the child on stage to show her off to his thousands of fans at the Isleta Amphitheater in Albuquerque, New Mexico just 24 hours after the court ruling, Daily Mail reported.

Earlier, Brown scored a big victory when he was granted temporary joint custody of the toddler on Sept. 11, Friday. Both the rapper and his baby mama, Nia Guzman, were in a tug of war from last a few months over the  child support money and custody of the celeb-child.

Guzman was not only denying him any custodial rights, she also only wanted to give him supervised visitation as she claimed that Brown's lifestyle is not conducive to raising a child.. However, the judge dismissed her request and granted both of them 50/50 physical custody, with Royalty going back and fourth every 4 days.

Apart from that, the judge ordered the rapper to pay  $2,500 in child support to Guzman, the amount which he was already giving to her in stark contrast to her demand of $15,000, TMZ reported .

However, the rapper's victory just might be short lived as Guzman's lawyer demanded his on-the-spot drug test to which he agreed and gave his hair and urine sample for the procedure. The results are still awaited after which the future course of action will be decided.

Meanwhile, both Brown and his baby mama are ordered to go into meditation to work out a long-term custody and support agreement. If anything cannot be worked out, the 4-day rotation rule will continue for the meantime.
