Actor George Clooney and his wife Amal Clooney arrive at the 72nd Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills, California January 11, 2015.

Amal Clooney set the temprature soaring in red hot dress during her recent outing in Maldives. The Bristish lawyer who is spending her weekend solving a high-profile case was reportedly on her way to attend a two-hour meeting with Mohamed Nasheed.

According to InStyle, the brunette beauty reportedly adorned a red Dolce & Gabbana dress and Heidi London sunglasses. The crepe square-neck outfit included three-quarter long sleeves and a crumpeld waistline. This was matched with a beautiful Ivory handbag and slingback pump shoes.

This is not the first time Clooney has adorned a stylish appearance. Last week, she stunned in a black-and-white skirt combo outfit. She made a striking style statement by coupling the outfit with pearl drop earrings and vintage Gucci tote with bamboo handles.

Clooney, a specialist in public international law, international criminal law and human rights, with experience of working for the United Nations, is presently leading a international legal team that represents the former President of the Maldives, Mohamed Nasheed.

Nasheed has been accused of abducting Abdula Mohamed, the chief judge of criminal court, and was immediately penalized with 13-year imprisonment, starting from March, The Gaurdian reported.

George Clooney's wife is visiting the islands just days after Nasheed's local lawyer, Mahfooz Saeed, was stabbed in a politically motivated attack on Sept. 4.

Amal's fight for the release of the President though was not welcomed by the Justice Minister, Edward Faulks.

"I'm sure she gets such high-profile cases and everyone wants her because she's married to Mr. Clooney, and by employing her they'll give publicity to their case," The Independent quoted Faulks as saying.
