Ryan Reynolds shared his experience as a new father.

"Deadpool" star Ryan Reynolds just set himself apart from the normal Hollywood parent after admitting he actually enjoys not having a nanny.

The "Green Lantern" actor said he has been very hands-on with his daughter. He even makes it a point to wipe his daughters bum for diaper changes, according to Food World News.

Blake Lively's husband also admitted that he has been experiencing a lot of sleepless nights, but he treasures these little moments with nine-month-old baby daughter, James.

In his interview with GQ Magazine, Reynolds said, "I have no roblem waking up five times in the middle of the night and changing diapers, and as exhausted as you get, I have this stupid grin on my face all the time."

"Safe House" actor also said that he was surprised on how "patient" he has become for baby James.

As a first-time father, Reynolds said that there are a "million clichés that are just true." He said that he now understands why parents have this habit of talking about their children as if they were the only people "that have ever copulated and pumped out a kid."

Reynolds said he tries to avoid bragging about his kid in public and generally talks to everyone on how "average she is." However, when he goes home, he would be like, "You're a genius! Oh, my God! You just took a shit in your diaper that came out as a perfect musical note!"

"Definitely, Maybe" actor said he is now enjoying his family life and does not miss being a bachelor at all.
