British actress Emily Blunt was supposed to do a nude scene for her new film "Sicario." However, she cancelled the scene because she, particularly her "tits" did not agree with the scene which was on the original script.

The decision was supported by co-actor Benicio Del Toro, the 32-year-old actress told host Howard Stein on the Sirius XM radio show, reports People.

She plays Kate Macer, an FBI agent assigned near the U.S.-Mexico border. She discovers a drug hideout filled with decaying corpses. Macer has Matt Graver, played by Josh Brolin, and Alejandro Gillick, played by del Toro, as partners of a government team tasked with closing the Mexican drug ring.

For the film, Brolin sports a floppy haircut and wears eyeglasses and sandals. The Detroit News gave "Sicario" - which means hitman in Spanish - an "A" rating. In its review, the daily wrote: "'Sicario' is unflinching and unrelenting. And it's one of the best movies of the year."

The movie premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. It was directed by Denis Villeneuve, who directed "Prisoners" and "Enemy." Blunt considers having a female director like Villeneuve help battle the issue of nudity in films.

Blunt, who also starred in the hit movie "The Devil Wears Prada," had nude scenes in three films she did earlier in her career, reports Hecklerspray. These are "Henry VIII" in 2003, "My Summer of Love" in 2004 and "Irresistible" in 2006.

Her other films include "Into the Woods," "Looper," "Adjustment Bureau" and "Edge of Tomorrow."
