In today's increasingly competitive tech market, TV's are getting more and more advanced in their features while their prices keeps getting lower. There are also tons of options to choice from, ranging from standard HD models to the ultra-crisp 4K models.

This list will feature three TV's below the $1,000 price range.

The LG 60LF6100 boasts a 60-inch screen and picks a price tag of $997.99. While most buyers will immediately frown on its price, this LG TV packs some serious features that have long term benefits.

The LG 60LF6100 falls into the line of LG TVs that has Energy Star certification. This means that these TVs are more energy efficient compared to their contemporaries. According to LG, Energy Star certified TVs are over 25 percent more energy efficient than conventional models. The TV supports 1080p Full HD resolution and has TruMotion 120Hz refresh rate.

Buyers who wants a less-expensive model can opt-in for the 55-inch model which costs $697.99 or the 50-inch model for $597.99.

Sony XBR43X830C
Unveiled during the CES 2015 in January, the Sony XBR43X830 is one of Sony's most affordable 4K TV and the only 4K TV in the list.

While there is only a handful of content available in the 4K format today, Sony made sure that its TV is future-proof by incorporating connection features in order to access native 4K content as well as on other sources.

The 49-inch model of the TV costs $998 while the smaller 43-inch model sells for $798.
