Wunderlist Redesigns To-Do App To Suit Android 6.0 Marshmallow Upgrade Better; Smaller Avatar Welcomes Longer List

| Oct 26, 2015 06:34 AM EDT

Wunderlist is a cloud-based task management application. It allows users to manage their tasks from a smartphone, tablet and computer.

Android 6.0 Marshmallow release ignited other important releases such as a Wunderlist app upgrade. Once Android phones start to receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update, Wunderlist will quickly incorporate Marshmallow features to further improve its app.

Right after a Wunderlist user has downloaded the latest version, one cannot escape the new design of the app.  More to do list can be added because of a smaller sized avatar, which also means that more information can be seen by a user.  There are also more options when a user uses the detailed view option.

With Android 6.0 Marshmallow, Wunderlist app now includes comments, due dates, files, notes and subtasks.  The screen does not look over populated with all the details in complete view, as 6 Wunderkinder GmbH, the app developer, explained.

Android devices' Wunderlist is a completely new app, not just an updated version of the old one. 6 Wunderkinder GmbH created a to do app that can compete head to head with the big apps in the to do market arena, such as TODOIST, ANY.DO, Google Keep and a few more. It is a completely redesigned app with all the possible enhancement that the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS could allow, Android Police reported.

"With the Android Marshmallow 6.0 update Google Now is venturing into your lists," Wunderlist says in its official blog post. "Google Now on Tap will scan your lists and bring up any relevant information that you might be interested in. Give it a go now. Head to your Movies to Watch list, then long press on your home button and see what pops up."

Wunderlist can be downloaded from its official website or from the Google Play Store.
