Persona 5 is an upcoming JRPG being developed by Atlus for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 console.

"Persona 5" will be coming this year, according to Atlus, but refuses to release any further details. However, the developer recently disclosed that the upcoming game will not be available for release until 2016.

The "Persona 5" game trailer, alongside numerous leaks shows that the highly anticipated game will follow its original gameplay design, although the latest installment to the "Persona" franchise is expected to come out as more imaginative and trendy.

"Persona 5" gameplay trailer that was revealed last February demonstrates the great lengths that the developers have gone through in order to preserve the "Persona" feel in the up and coming game.

Fans and players will be pleased to know that the new game will still feature role-playing scheme where the characters are high schoolers who each has their own personality. The players will be brought into either premade or randomly generated dungeons, Techno Buffalo reported.

The new "Persona" game will also come with additional puzzle challenges for the gamers to solve. Aside from the details already revealed, a lot more surprises are expected to come from Atlus regarding the game. Based on the trailer, and spoilers, it is expected that "Persona 5" is going to be a hit among gamers.

"Persona 5" characters, according to several reports, will have deeper and darker personalities. They will also be continuously chased by an anonymous being. Meanwhile, Siliconera reported that Yu Namba, Senior Manager of Atlus, recently announced their plans to incorporate several gay characters in the up and coming role-playing game, 'Persona 5.'
