Huawei Honor 4X, Honor 6 Plus, Honor 7, Honor 4C, And Honor 6 To Get Android Marshmallow In February 2016

Honor confirmed that they are planning to launch the Android Marshmallow update for Huawei Honor 4X, Huawei Honor 6 Plus, Huawei Honor 7, Huawei Honor 4C, and Huawei Honor 6.

According to GSM Arena, the final version of the Android Marshmallow update will be released for Huawei Honor 4X, Huawei Honor 6 Plus, Huawei Honor 7, Huawei Honor 4C, and Huawei Honor 6 in Feb. 2016, as confirmed by a tweet by the official Honor India account.

In addition, the Chinese tech giant is expected to launch a couple of products in November. It is expected to launch Kirin 950 SoC within this week, along withMate 8 smartphone towards the end of this month.

Huawei recently released the Google Nexus 6P which was equipped with Android Marshmallow out of the box. The device is doing pretty well in the market so far. Many non-Nexus devices are lined up to get their hands on this latest software update from google.

The Android Marshmallow update will be bringing a lot of changes to the smart devices. First of all, it will make device more efficient and user friendly. It will increase the battery efficiency of the device in a substanial manner.

Secondly, it will add a lot of new options in main menus and sub menus of the device. It will also add many new animations to a few icons, according to BGR.

Thirdly, it will bring the option of keeping the device in a DND mode. It will also bring the option of making the device completely silent.
