Rumors are swirling around that a three-way trade involving Kevin Durant, Kenneth Faried, and Bradley Beal could be in place.

According to Dan Williams of Mile High Sports, he could see a trade involving the Oklahoma City Thunder, Denver Nuggets, and Washington Wizards, but only on a scale of one to two percent.

The report suggested that Durant will head to Washington, his hometown, while Faried moves to Brick Town. Beal will then be sent to the Nuggets to complete the deal.

Denver would benefit the most in this projected trade, with Wilson Chandler out for the rest of the season after suffering a hip injury, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.

Bringing in Beal, who has a career 42.2 percent shooting, could give the Nuggets the much-needed boost at the shooting guard position. But with the way Beal is playing early in the 2015-2016 NBA season, Denver could get more from the 22-year-old sharp shooter.

In his first six games with the Wizards, Beal averaged 22.7 points on a staggering 48.6 percent shooting, including 47.1 from downtown. These numbers are above his average, which suggests Beal is playing the best season of his young career.

Meanwhile, Faried would give Serge Ibaka a decent backup at the four spot. His energetic style of basketball would fit well with Billy Donovan's up-tempo offense.

Pairing the "Manimal" to Russell Westbrook would also give OKC an exciting duo that will certainly enjoy sprinting the floor.

For Durant, moving to the Wizards would fulfill his dream of playing for his hometown. Durant has been linked to the Wizards ever since his impending free agency started.

The upside for Durant would be the chance to test the waters of playing alongside John Wall. If their basketball styles do not work with each other, Durant still has the option to boot out and look for team that has more chances of winning.

The pieces for this trade proposal are realistic, considering that Durant and Beal are soon-to-be free agents in 2016.

But essentially, this trade would not be possible via straight swaps, according to Real GM trade checker, so the teams involved may sweeten up the pot by adding other key players or future lottery picks.
